WOODPLUS

WOODPLUS is the latest innovation in powder coating. With the right coating of pressure, temperature, powder, film and manpower, we can achieve an authentic wood design sublimated into your aluminum and stainless profiles.

Our vacuum pump operation bonds the wood print perfectly to the entire perimeter of the profile thus providing complete aesthetics.

Powder coating is a modern technique of applying cosmetic and protective finish for all kinds of aluminum and stainless.

  • Durability: Powder coating provides a tough, hard finish that is resistant to scratches, dents, and general wear and tear. This enhances the longevity of the wood.

  • Eco-Friendly: Powder coating typically contains fewer volatile organic compounds (VOCs) compared to traditional liquid paints, making it a more environmentally friendly option

  • Low Maintenance: Surfaces treated with powder coating are easier to clean and maintain, requiring less frequent touch-ups or refinishing.

GLASS TEMPERING

GLASS TEMPERING is a process that strengthens glass by heating it to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it. This process enhances the glass's durability and safety, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

Tempered glass is a crucial material in modern construction and design due to its strength, safety, and aesthetic qualities. Its versatility makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, ensuring both functionality and style.

  • Architectural Glass: Used in buildings for windows, doors, and facades.

  • Shower Enclosures: Ideal for high-moisture environments, providing both safety and style.

  • Furniture: Often used in tables and shelves for a sleek, modern look.

GLASS CUTTING

Waterjet Cutting

  • High-Pressure Waterjet: This method uses a high-pressure jet of water mixed with abrasive materials to cut through glass. It provides smooth edges and can handle thick glass without generating heat that could cause cracking.
  • Versatility: Waterjet cutting can be used for a variety of materials, making it ideal for projects requiring diverse cuts.

Diamond-Tipped Cutters

  • Superior Edge Quality: Using diamond-tipped tools allows for clean cuts with minimal chipping, resulting in high-quality edges suitable for high-end applications.
  • Durability: Diamond tools last longer than traditional cutting wheels, leading to lower operational costs.

Automated Handling Systems

  • Robotic Systems: Automated robots can handle and position glass panels for cutting, reducing human error and increasing safety.
  • Efficient Workflow: Integration with inventory management systems allows for streamlined production processes.
  • State-of-the-art glass cutting technologies not only improve the efficiency and precision of glass fabrication but also enhance the overall quality of the finished products. As these technologies continue to evolve, they pave the way for innovative designs and applications in architecture, automotive, and various other industries.

STATE OF THE ART

OUR PROCESS

01.

Design and Cutting

Involves advanced technologies and techniques that enhance precision, efficiency, and quality in the glass fabrication process.

02.

Heating

Glass is heated in a furnace to around 1,200°F (650°C).

03.

Rapid Cooling

The hot glass is then rapidly cooled using air jets. This creates compressive stresses on the surface and tensile stresses inside, which increases strength.

04.

Quality Control

After tempering, the glass undergoes inspections to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.
